Serving the spirit with Cass Hanson

A practitioner from the age of 15, Cass has waxed and waned on the path of yoga. In 2008, after coming back to her mat regularly, the transformational and healing powers of the practice began to take hold. In 2010, Cass traveled to Brazil to study with David Lurey and Mirjam Wagner, where she earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Since then Cass continues to study with a variety of teachers, opening new doors in her teaching and practice, and completed her 500 teacher training certification with David and Mirjam in 2019. Cass shares her commitment to positive, energetic living through the practice of vinyasa yoga in every class she teaches.
