I’m voting for me: affordable healthcare and the right to make decisions about my own body.

I’m voting for my husband: and millions of other hard-working, taxpayers who raise families in this country but do not have a voice in the political system.

I’m voting for the future: the young and unborn so they can drink, swim and grow food in clean water, so they can explore protected Natural places, and they can live in a world as beautiful and diverse as we see it now.

I’m voting for now: so everyone can go to a concert, school, grocery store, yoga studio or place of worship and never once consider the term “active shooter”.

I’m also voting to end voter suppression and to reform our criminal justice system so that I can continue to share my voice in each and every election.

And finally, I’m voting for equal rights and representation for all people with no rules attached to who you should be, how you should look, or who you should love.

It’s time to take action.
