At home and on vacation.

It’s the theme of my life right now. And funny it was the theme of my life 10 years ago when I committed to a yoga teacher training with David Lurey whose tag line is those very words. Finding balance at 30 in the service industry was a different animal than now at 40 with a new babe. But the approach is the same nonetheless: Let it all in and then make room.
